protegidas.\u00a0 Las acciones laborales adversas pueden tomar muchas formas, incluyendo, pero no limit\u00e1ndose a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/msdlawyers.com\/es\/wrongful-termination-lawyer-los-angeles\/\">Terminaci\u00f3n<\/a> o degradaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Reducci\u00f3n de salario u horas<\/li>\n<li>Negaci\u00f3n de promociones u oportunidades de avance<\/li>\n<li>Evaluaciones de desempe\u00f1o negativas que no est\u00e1n justificadas<\/li>\n<li>Mayor escrutinio o microgesti\u00f3n no aplicada a otros empleados<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/msdlawyers.com\/es\/litigios-laborales\/acoso-abogado-sexual-los-angeles\/\">Ambiente laboral hostil<\/a>\u00a0 o comportamiento dirigido a hacer que el empleado renuncie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n existen muchas formas de actividad protegida.\u00a0 Por ejemplo, bajo la <a href=\"https:\/\/msdlawyers.com\/es\/litigios-laborales\/abogado-de-represalias-contra-empleadores-en-los-angeles\/feha-retaliation\/\">Ley de Empleo y Vivienda Justa de California (FEHA)<\/a> se proh\u00edbe a los empleadores tomar represalias contra empleados que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presenten una queja o informe ante el empleador o una agencia gubernamental alegando discriminaci\u00f3n racial, discriminaci\u00f3n por discapacidad, acoso sexual, discriminaci\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero, discriminaci\u00f3n por orientaci\u00f3n sexual, discriminaci\u00f3n religiosa, discriminaci\u00f3n por edad, o violaci\u00f3n de otros derechos protegidos bajo FEHA.<\/li>\n<li>Participen en una investigaci\u00f3n o un procedimiento relacionado con una reclamaci\u00f3n de discriminaci\u00f3n, acoso u otras violaciones protegidas bajo FEHA.<\/li>\n<li>Se opongan a actos o pr\u00e1cticas del empleador que se crea de buena fe que son discriminatorios o que violan FEHA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n existen numerosas disposiciones del C\u00f3digo Laboral que proh\u00edben espec\u00edficamente las represalias contra empleados y solicitantes de empleo, y establecen los tipos de actividades protegidas en las que los empleados pueden participar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-57e8155 elementor-widget Actividades fuera del horario laboral (Secci\u00f3n 96(k) del C\u00f3digo Laboral)<\/strong>: Su trabajo no puede verse afectado negativamente debido a cosas que hace legalmente fuera del trabajo, como sus pasatiempos o activismo.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>2. Hablar sobre los derechos en el lugar de trabajo (Secci\u00f3n 98.6 del C\u00f3digo Laboral)<\/strong>: Si usted se queja o incluso insin\u00faa quejarse sobre problemas en el lugar de trabajo, inicia cualquier acci\u00f3n legal sobre sus derechos, o participa en tales acciones, su empleador no puede tomar represalias contra usted. Comparecencias judiciales para v\u00edctimas de delitos (Secci\u00f3n 230(b) del C\u00f3digo Laboral)<\/strong>: Si usted es v\u00edctima de un delito y necesita ir a la corte, su empleador no puede sancionarle por tomarse el tiempo libre.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>5. Capacitaci\u00f3n para Servicios de Emergencia (Secci\u00f3n 230.4 del C\u00f3digo Laboral):<\/b> Si usted es bombero voluntario, oficial de paz o personal de respuesta a emergencias en una empresa de mayor tama\u00f1o (50 o m\u00e1s empleados), tiene derecho a tomar hasta 14 d\u00edas libres al a\u00f1o para capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>12. V\u00edctimas de Delitos (Secci\u00f3n 230.5 del C\u00f3digo Laboral):<\/b> Si usted es v\u00edctima de ciertos delitos, tiene derecho a ausentarse para asistir a los procedimientos judiciales relacionados con dichos delitos sin sufrir represalias laborales.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>13. Comparecencias Escolares (Secci\u00f3n 230.7 del C\u00f3digo Laboral y Secci\u00f3n 48900.1 del C\u00f3digo de Educaci\u00f3n):<\/b> Los progenitores tienen derecho a ausentarse para comparecer en la escuela de sus hijos cuando la instituci\u00f3n lo solicite.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>14.
