Es una forma de <a href=\"https:\/\/msdlawyers.com\/es\/litigios-laborales\/abogado-de-despidos-injustificados-en-los-angeles\/\">despido injustificado<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<p>Renunciar a su empleo puede ser muy comprensible, especialmente en situaciones donde ha sufrido <a href=\"https:\/\/msdlawyers.com\/es\/litigios-laborales\/acoso-abogado-sexual-los-angeles\/\">acoso<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/msdlawyers.com\/es\/litigios-laborales\/abogado-de-represalias-contra-empleadores-en-los-angeles\/\">represalias<\/a>, o discriminaci\u00f3n basada en su <a href=\"https:\/\/msdlawyers.com\/es\/litigios-laborales\/discriminacion-de-genero-en-los-angeles\/\">g\u00e9nero<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/msdlawyers.com\/es\/litigios-laborales\/discriminacion-lgbtqia\/\">orientaci\u00f3n sexual<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/msdlawyers.com\/es\/litigios-laborales\/abogado-de-discriminacion-por-edad-en-los-angeles\/\">edad<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/msdlawyers.com\/es\/litigios-laborales\/discriminacion-racial\/\">raza<\/a>, o <a href=\"https:\/\/msdlawyers.com\/es\/litigios-laborales\/abogado-de-discriminacion-por-discapacidad-en-los-angeles\/\">discapacidad<\/a>. Incluso pueden existir ocasiones en las que se queja repetidamente sobre problemas en el lugar de trabajo\u2014ya sea por condiciones laborales inseguras, violaciones de <a href=\"https:\/\/msdlawyers.com\/es\/litigios-laborales\/abogado-de-salarios-y-horas-en-los-angeles\/\">salarios y horarios<\/a>, o maltrato a sus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo\u2014pero no se toma ninguna acci\u00f3n y no tiene m\u00e1s opci\u00f3n que renunciar. <\/p>\n<p>En situaciones en las que ha solicitado una adaptaci\u00f3n por una discapacidad o condici\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, un empleador puede alegar que no puede acomodarle y pedirle que renuncie o acepte una degradaci\u00f3n o transferencia que usted no desea aceptar.<\/p>\n<p>Si alguna de las situaciones anteriores se aplica a usted, deber\u00eda redactar cuidadosamente su carta de renuncia y consultar a un abogado. Con demasiada frecuencia, los empleados temen expresar c\u00f3mo se sienten realmente sobre el ambiente laboral en sus cartas de renuncia y piensan que deben ser excesivamente corteses. Recuerde que si tiene la intenci\u00f3n de presentar una demanda contra su empleador o al menos desea mantener esa posibilidad abierta, su carta de renuncia puede y ser\u00e1 utilizada como evidencia en su contra. Su empleador puede se\u00f1alarla y alegar que usted no ten\u00eda ning\u00fan problema con el ambiente laboral y que renunci\u00f3 en buenos t\u00e9rminos. Por esta raz\u00f3n, es importante redactar una carta de renuncia efectiva, clara y honesta con la ayuda de un abogado.    <\/p>\n<p>T\u00edpicamente, las cartas de renuncia se env\u00edan como correos electr\u00f3nicos de renuncia a un miembro de Recursos Humanos o a su supervisor. Debe ser cort\u00e9s en tono y profesional, por lo que debe evitar escribir en may\u00fasculas o incluir signos de exclamaci\u00f3n o emojis innecesarios. Sin embargo, debe dejar clara su raz\u00f3n para renunciar\u2014que se sinti\u00f3 acosado, discriminado o sufri\u00f3 represalias, o que sus quejas fueron ignoradas\u2014esencialmente, que se vio obligado a renunciar, es decir, despedido constructivamente o terminado constructivamente. Debe ser lo m\u00e1s espec\u00edfico posible y evitar abordar temas irrelevantes.   <\/p>\n<p>Su carta de renuncia tambi\u00e9n debe ser clara en c\u00f3mo la conducta del empleador afect\u00f3 negativamente su salud mental y bienestar\u2014por ejemplo, que ha sufrido angustia emocional como resultado de los problemas en el lugar de trabajo.
