We are very pleased to announce that Julian Feldbein-Vinderman has joined MSD as Of Counsel. Julian is a skilled litigator who is dedicated to helping clients navigate and successfully resolve their commercial and business disputes and to assist individuals who have suffered at the hands of negligent people and companies recover maximum compensation for their injuries.
Prior to joining MSD, Julian was Counsel with an international Am Law 50 firm, where he represented various clients in the consumer product, transportation, aviation, real estate, and food and beverage industries. Julian has experience litigating complex, high-profile product liability and tort matters in federal and state court proceedings across the country and has a proven track record of obtaining favorable results for his clients.
Julian also maintains an active pro bono practice. Most recently, he filed a petition for asylum nunc pro tunc on behalf of a derivate asylee who sought to adjust status or register for permanent residence but was unable to do so because the original principal applicant had become a naturalized citizen in the interim.
Julian earned his J.D. at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law where he participated in the USC Hale Moot Court Honors Program and served as a law clerk with the Federal Trade Commission’s Consumer Protection Division. Julian also received his Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from UCLA where he graduated cum laude.
Julian is licensed to practice in California, New York, and the District of Columbia.
