Arash is an accomplished trial attorney with nearly 15 years of civil litigation experience. After graduating Loyola Law School cum laude in 2011, Arash worked as an associate at the global law firm White & Case LLP, where he represented clients in complex civil litigation and white-collar matters throughout the country and abroad. Thereafter, he worked at Brown White & Osborn LLP, one of Southern California’s premiere criminal and civil litigation boutique law firms. He founded Sadat Law Group in 2017 and founded MSD Lawyers in 2021 with his partners, Brie Mills and Camron Dowlatshahi.

In addition to his experience litigating business disputes, Arash has represented hundreds of plaintiffs in wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and employment matters, many of which implicate negligence and other misconduct at drug and alcohol rehabilitation facilities. Arash has secured multiple seven-figure results for his clients in these cases.

Since joining the bar, Arash has consistently maintained an active pro bono practice. In 2011, he performed post-judgment work in the landmark “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” trial which ended the United States Military’s discriminatory policy towards the LGBTQIA+ community.  Arash also served as project associate for the Citizens’ Commission on Jail Violence, which issued a report to Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors on how to curb excessive use of force in Los Angeles County jails. Today, he serves as board member and general counsel for Sounds Like LA, a 501(c)(3) organization which provides tuition-free and low-cost music education to aspiring young musicians.
