The filing, filed on February 18, expands on her previous sexual harassment allegations, citing additional witnesses accusing Baldoni of inappropriate on-set behavior. Camron Dowlatshahi of MSD Lawyers commented that Lively’s recent public appearances, including at an “SNL” event, could weaken her claims of emotional distress, as they may suggest a lesser impact on her well-being. Baldoni’s legal team dismissed the allegations as hearsay and stated that upcoming depositions would reveal the truth.
