Professors Sue Southwestern College for Retaliation After Reporting Racial Discrimination

Federal law prohibits employers from retaliating against employees who report discrimination, including adverse actions such as termination, demotion, or harassment taken in response to protected activity. KPBS reporter Katie Hyson interviewed alumni who emphasize the need for accountability in this long-overdue situation.
